What We Can Do:

We work with a range or metals, from sheet metal up to fabrication. We normally work with sheet metal at a thickness of 0.7mm up to 25mm plates, which is pretty heavy fabrication.

Within this range of metalwork we will do punching as well as making stainless steel tanks. Some of our light metalwork has included the provision of fridge insulation.

We also carried out work for the sub sea industry.

Heavy and light, from a range of materials including mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

Cutting

Guillotine up to 10mm thick mild steel @ 3.0M long / 6mm thick st.steel @ 3.0m long
Plasma cutting up to 20mm stainless steel
Sawing facilities up to 300 mm Dia.

Punching up to 6mm thick.

Folding
